Our team went to a village in Ranipet to assist and observe their eye screening camp. We discovered what goes into holding s large-scale free screening camp, discussed how they keep these initiatives time-efficient and low-cost, and learned how to identify cataracts. We thank Aravind Eye Hospital Chennai and Mr. S. Rajesh, the Aravind Chennai Outreach Manager, for giving us this opportunity to witness one of their eye camps and teaching us about the workings of a camp system.
